Shipping and Exchange Policies


  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on $100+ orders*! Orders below $50 will have a $5 shipping charge and orders $50-$99.99 will have an $8 shipping charge.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
    • Orders placed by 9 a.m. Eastern for on-hand merchandise in our local boutique will ship same day. Orders placed after that time will ship next day.
    • Drop-ship apparel orders shipping from the USA will ship within 2-5 business days. Drop-ship apparel orders shipping from China will ship within 5-10 business days.
    • Preorders will ship within the estimated windows indicated on the applicable products.
    • Orders will typically ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, based on product weight. USPS International methods will be used for orders shipping outside the U.S. Please refer to the USPS website for up-to-date shipping times.
    • Large orders may ship via UPS Ground service. Please refer to the UPS website for up-to-date shipping times.


    As a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding that we offer exchanges only, no refunds. Exchanges or requests for shop credit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to our shop as soon as possible after receipt of the item(s) so that we can set up the exchange. The item(s) must be in new condition with the tags still attached and free from any odors. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it was a shipping error or defective product. Only regular price items may be exchanged. Swimwear, intimates, and sale items are final sale.
